DH810: Compact performance for professional applications

With the DH810 barebone from the XPC slim family, Shuttle presents a robust and space-saving solution for demanding IT environments. The system, which measures just 1.35 litres, combines the performance of the latest Intel Core Ultra 200 processors (‘Arrow Lake-S’) with an integrated AI accelerator (NPU), making it ideally suited for modern applications in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital signage and industry.

Powerful platform with Intel technology
The DH810 supports Intel Core Ultra processors with up to 24 cores (8 performance cores and 16 efficiency cores) and a maximum TDP of 65 watts. Thanks to the integrated NPU, AI-supported workloads can be processed locally without a cloud connection – an advantage in terms of response time, security and data protection. Two SO-DIMM slots provide space for up to 96 GB of DDR5 memory, laying the foundation for high-performance multitasking.

Flexible graphics and display options
With HDMI 2.1 and two DisplayPort 1.4a outputs (one of which is USB-C/USB4), up to three screens can be controlled simultaneously. The HDMI port supports resolutions up to 8K at 60 Hz. This makes the DH810 suitable for high-resolution digital signage installations as well as demanding office and visualisation applications.

Storage and expansion options
In addition to a 2.5" drive (HDD or SSD), there is an M.2-2280 slot for fast M.2 SSDs (PCIe 4.0 x4 or SATA). Another M.2-2230 slot allows the integration of an optional WLAN or LTE module. This allows the system to be flexibly adapted to different application scenarios.

Extensive connectivity
Two Intel LAN ports are available for network connections – one with 2.5 Gbit/s and one with 1 Gbit/s. There are also a total of nine USB ports (including USB 3.2 Gen2 and USB-C with charging function), two serial interfaces (RS232/422/485) and audio inputs and outputs. An optional VGA output can also be integrated.

Robust design for continuous operation
The sturdy metal housing (190 × 165 × 43 mm) is approved for 24/7 operation and remains reliable even at high ambient temperatures of up to 50 °C thanks to an efficient heat pipe cooling system with two 70 mm fans. A VESA mount for flexible mounting on monitors or walls is included in the scope of delivery.
