Four ultra-compact mini PC solutions
The 12th generation of Intel Core processors is now also finding its way into Shuttle's ultra-compact XPC nano product family (similar to NUC). Four performance levels are available, which can be combined with any amount of RAM and several drives. Thanks to support for up to three 4K monitors, the 14 × 14 cm devices are extremely versatile.
The NUC alternative from Shuttle
As has always been the case with the "XPC nano" product family, the new NC40 models are also available in four performance levels. One after the other: The smallest variant NC40U has an Intel Celeron 7305 processor, followed by an Intel Core i3-1215U processor in the NC40U3, the Intel Core i5-1235U processor in the NC50U5 and finally the most powerful variant NC40U7 with Intel Core i7-1255U processor.
Space for three drives
All four models are suitable for up to 64 GB DDR4 SO-DIMM memory and can be equipped with two M.2 NVMe SSDs in addition to the 2.5" SATA drive. An M.2-2230 slot is available for Wi-Fi.
Variety of connections
Thanks to USB-C, HDMI and DisplayPort connections, three monitors can be connected to these Mini PCs, creating an extremely productive multi-display environment. An RJ45 connection offers gigabit LAN speed and some of the seven USB ports are even suitable for bandwidths of up to 10 Gbit per second. Classic audio connections for microphone and loudspeaker/headphones are also available. A VESA bracket is included for wall/monitor mounting.
