La série DS50U propose des PC barebone minces et sans ventilateur dans un boîtier métallique robuste avec de nombreuses possibilités de connexion. Le processeur Intel Gen12/13 ULV intégré fournit une puissance suffisante pour la lecture de vidéos 2160p/60 en résolution 4K. Deux ports numériques pour les écrans UHD et un port VGA traditionnel sont disponibles. Les composants sont faciles à installer : deux modules de mémoire DDR5, un disque dur 2,5 » et deux cartes SSD M.2-2280 trouvent leur place derrière le couvercle pratique du boîtier.

Un module 4G/5G peut être intégré en option dans le deuxième slot M.2 à l'aide du kit d'adaptation WWN04. Grâce à un refroidissement entièrement passif, le système ne nécessite pratiquement aucun entretien, convient à un fonctionnement continu 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 et est en outre très efficace sur le plan énergétique. Idéal pour les applications professionnelles telles que l'affichage numérique, les points de vente, le contrôle, la bureautique ou comme PC média.

Energy-saving technology combined with an ingenious cooling system mean no fans are required. No operating noise at all, fewer moving parts and therefore lower maintenance costs too.

Wired remote starting

This model features a remote power-on connection. Any two-pin cable can be used to connect dedicated buttons via pins on the back and they then allow the machine to be started remotely.

Two network connections

This feature is particularly beneficial for vital network applications. It includes a 2.5 Gbit/s Ethernet connection and an additional gigabit connection, enabling physically separate networks and providing ample bandwidth overall.

Space for a 2.5" drive

As a complement to an NVMe SSD, this model also offers a home to classic data storage devices in 2.5" format*. Hard disks and SSDs in this format offer many terabytes of storage space.

Add-ons via M.2 module

Serial port

The classic among the interfaces. COM ports are still needed for professional applications, for example in cash register systems and in products from the fields of science and industry.

Great flexibility in the choice of screens

Anti-theft protection

The Kensington security slot on the side of the case (also called K-Slot or Kensington Lock) serves as an anti-theft device. Suitable security solutions in various designs are available from specialist dealers.

External antenna connections

Two RP-SMA antenna connections are pre-installed on the rear of the device. Internal WLAN modules can be connected quickly thanks to the MHF IV cables already in the housing.
